Party Room Booking Terms
1.1. Prices and types of events
The room rental prices shown on the website apply to organizing children’s birthday parties. For other events (such as graduation parties, corporate family days, etc.), special terms and prices apply. To receive them, please contact us separately at events@lagedicastle.com.
1.2. Booking the entire center
The price for renting the entire Center for a private event is agreed individually and may differ from the total of all party room rental prices combined. The price depends on the day of the week, the required duration, and the nature of the event.
1.3. Confirmation and payment
To confirm the booking, an advance payment of €100 must be paid within two days after placing the order. The remaining amount is paid on site on the day of the event.
1.4. Public holidays
Weekend prices apply on public holidays.
Cancellation and changes to the booking
2.1. Non-refundable advance payment
If the event is canceled at the customer’s initiative, the advance payment is non-refundable. This condition is in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (LOA § 53 (4) clause 7²), under which the right of withdrawal from a contract does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period.
2.2. Changing the booking
If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the party from taking place, we offer the possibility to reschedule the booking once to another available date within one year, provided that we are informed in time (72 hours).
2.3. Cancellation by Lagedi party venue
In exceptional cases, if the event cannot take place due to our fault, the advance payment will be refunded to the customer in full.
Rules for organizing a party in the venue
3.1. Room capacity and additional guests
The party room is intended for a specific number of guests. For each child exceeding the limit set in the package, an additional fee must be paid according to the price list shown on the “Price List” page.
3.2. Arrival and departure
The party organizer may arrive 15 minutes before the booked start time for preparations. Earlier access to the room is not allowed. The room must be vacated exactly at the end of the booked time.
3.3. Extending the time
If you would like to extend the party, please contact us in advance. If possible, we will offer you favorable terms.
3.4. Late departure penalty
If the rooms are not vacated on time without prior agreement regarding an extension, a penalty of €20 for every started 5 minutes will apply.
General conduct and safety rules
4.1. Footwear
Only socks or indoor shoes are allowed in the play area. Outdoor shoes and outerwear must be left in the cloakroom.
4.2. Supervision of children
Parents or accompanying adults bear full responsibility for the safety and behavior of their children throughout their time in the Center. Lohesaba Adventure Park is not responsible for accidents, except when they are caused by equipment failure.
4.3. Responsibility for property
The customer bears full financial responsibility for the preservation of the Center’s property and inventory. In the event of damage to or loss of property, its value must be compensated according to the price list.
4.4. Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited on the Center’s premises to:
- Eat and drink outside the dining tables located in the party rooms or café area.
- Smoke and consume alcoholic beverages.
- Use pyrotechnics, including cake fountains and sparkler candles.
- Bring pets.
- Take toys and other inventory out of the Center.
4.5. Personal and lost items
We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended. Valuable found items are kept for 14 days, after which they are disposed of. Items with no obvious material value (clothing, personal hygiene items, etc.) are disposed of at the end of the working day.
